As an investor, psychotherapist, and holistic life and business coach, Dr. Antonia Martinez (also known as “Dr. M”) is passionate about financial empowerment, personal development and facilitating the mindset shifts that allowing individuals to align their financial goals with broader aspirations and effective action.

Dr. M embarked on her real estate journey over 15 years ago with limited resources and an apartment listing on Airbnb. As she further developed her passive real estate income, it quickly outperformed her other investments and 401(k). Applying creative investing and capital raising strategies, she privately funded deals for others and acquired various investments, including land developments, fix-and-flips, short-term rentals, and commercial multifamily properties. Scaling her efforts to the next level, she founded DĒPx Capital.

The creation of DĒPx Capital was ultimately sparked by Dr. M’s need to create accelerated, accessible paths to financial freedom and security, especially for midlife and near-retirement professionals striving to get ahead financially and reshape their financial future. What started out as a graduate research and program development project to address economic disparities in New York City evolved into a mission to close America’s wealth and income gap, reverse its shrinking middle class, and end the retirement crisis. Fueled by this passion and driven by the desire to make a difference, DĒPx Capital was founded.
